At Office Zeta, we provide the following support services to ensure we continue to back you up even after delivery.

  • Upon delivery, a staff member with experience as a seminar instructor will provide a one-hour online tutorial on updating your website.
  • For those who are interested, we can provide an update manual with screenshots of the update screen. (Additional fee applies.)
  • We will provide free support for minor corrections for one month after delivery.
  • For customers requesting an update, we will provide a quote each time and proceed with the update only after you have approved it. (Update fee: Starting at 4,000 yen)
  • We also offer support for those who are unsure about how to renew their servers or domains. (Additional fee applies)
  • For those who find it a hassle to request quotes each time, we also offer a monthly subscription plan.

The Benefits of Having Separate Designers and Programmers

While many web designers handle both design and programming on their own, at Office Zeta, we have separate designers and programmers, which allows us to deliver highly specialized website development.
